About Sam

Sam Reifman-Packett is a realtor at Compass and the founder of his team The RP Group. For over 12 years, Sam has helped his clients purchase and sell real estate all over the greater Boston area. He takes pride in his constant and prompt communication with his clients and other industry professionals, striving to make sure they receive the best service possible. What his clients appreciate most is his positivity as he navigates them through the sometimes-stressful process of buying and selling a home.

Working with a wide variety of clients—from the first time homebuyer to the experienced investor looking to trade more properties in their portfolio—Sam is a trust-worthy and diligent worker with a deep knowledge of the Boston market. His passion for real estate is infectious—just last year, Sam and his wife, Mimi partnered up to run The RP Group, making it a family-run business!

More recently in his career, Sam has stepped beyond the role of simply helping clients buy and sell real estate, and become more involved in the industry as a whole. In 2020, Sam was voted to the Compass New England Agent Advisory Council where he supports and advocates for Compass real estate agents, helping to make positive changes within the company. In January 2021 Sam started his podcast After The Closing where he interviews professionals in the industry. Most recently, Sam has begun consulting and coaching newer up & coming agents on their careers and content creation & branding.

Outside of real estate, Sam resides in Dorchester with Mimi and their dog Nova. He is passionate about music, having graduated from the prestigious Berklee College of Music in 2010 and performed all over the country, and he’s a big movie buff, co-founding and hosting the former Movie Roulette podcast.
